Bent over row
This is a great exercise for strengthening and toning the legs, bum and abdomen

Fundamentals
- During the exercise, good posture through the torso is essential while keeping the shoulders back and down
- Grasp the medicine ball
- Assume a 60-45 degree bent-over position
- Pull the medicine ball from the abdomen rather than with just the arms
Execution
- From the start position, draw your belly button inward toward your spine
- From the knees, pull the medicine all toward your torso keeping strong posture
- Return to the start position and repeat movement
- For an increased workout slow the exercise down to perfect technique. Once mastered, speed back up again maintaing good technique with strong posture
