  • You must know how to land appropriately.
  • Make sure that you have developed good core strength before attempting this exercise.
  • Perform a thorough dynamic warm up prior to starting this exercise.

Execution

  • Start in a squat position.
  • Explosively push through your legs, and simultaneously swing your arms overhead.
  • Once in the air, kick your heels to your butt.
  • Land lightly, first on the balls of your feet, and then heels, making sure you absorb the impact.
