BBQ Chicken and Tomato Salsa Wrap

Chicken breast slices ready marinated and cooked are so handy for filling sandwiches or adding to salads. This sweet smoky barbecue flavoured chicken is delicious with the tangy tomato salsa and cooling soured cream.

Ingredients

  • 50g Whole and white tortilla wrap
  • 30g 2 crisp salad leaves i.e. iceberg, shredded
  • 25g 2-3 cm cucumber, diced
  • 50g Cooked BBQ style chicken breast slices
  • 50g 2 level tbsp chunky tomato salsa dip
  • 15g 1 level tbsp soured cream

Method

1. Evenly scatter the lettuce and cucumber onto the wrap, leaving a 4cm clean edge around the wrap.

2. Drizzle on the salsa dip and soured cream.

3. Arrange the chicken down the centre.

4. Firmly roll the wrap up.

For each serving accompany with additional salad leaves or cucumber.
