Hi Michelle I feel exactly the same. I'm starting tmrw, have 3 1/2 stone to lose and I need all the help I can get so the idea of a weight loss buddy sounds bril! There's also a thread in general discussion where people will post their weekly weight loss so I've signed up for that too. Anything that helps I say :-D

Best of luck, I feel very inspired now!

Hi all, Ive just been reading through the website & have registered. Ive read loads of articles on Alli. Ive been on celebrity slim, lipobind & lioptrim. I weigh 13st 3lbs....might not seem like a lot but Im only just over 5ft & i can really feel it healthwise! Is there a list of pharmacies that stock this as I havent been able to find one??

Thanks,
Niamh.

Hi guys, I just bought alli today and am starting taking it tomorrow. I am very excited. I'm am starting a postgrad in primary teaching so I want to lose weight to be able to keep up with the kids. I am very outgoing and love going out and going to gigs so I think that losing weight would make my life so much better. I want to lose 4 stone.

Are ye doing much exercise? I try to walk 3 miles each day, jogging as much as I can within these three miles. I don't know if this is enough.

Hi everyone,
Have just started the alli diet today. So far I am loving the change in my diet have tried two of the recipes in the book already and am looking forward to trying the porridge recipe for tommorrow.
Am really looking forward to seeing if alli really does work, am being very hopeful and positive about it all.
Am going to try and lose at least 2 and a half stone .
Lets see if it works. :)

Hi!!! Bought Alli today after reading all about it. I have let my weight get tottally out of control ( 13st 1) and feel miserable about it. I am really looking forward to looking and feeling better, although I am a little worried about the side effects. Any body any advice for me!! Thanks.
