Hi, i have just bought a months supply of Alli with the intentions of starting the programme next monday, can anyone give me any advice on how to prepare myself for it?

hi the best advice i can give is to start eating more healthy this week to prepare your body.For me i just needed to cut down the portion sizes.

I find that making out a meal planner for the week really helps, plus this can make your shopping list also.The key is to look at the fat content in all food, i still have once a week some chips from chipper, instead of eating a whole bag I take just enough to make a sandwich. Don't deprive yourself just take lower portions.

Hi, Thanks for advice, i am gonna start weighing my portion sizes and and try the meal planner.Thats a good tip about the shopping list, i find one of my big downfalls is going into the supermarket and seing all the "special offers", they can be hard to resist!

Took first 2 today so far im a total newbie and am terrafied of the side effects ....so guess its working already cause ive been so good for breakfast and lunch......might sound like a silly question but my diet is quite good (i Think) ie i eat lots of fresh produce and very little processed food but where can i get a list of fat grams in regular foods that dont have labels???????
